You are a graduate student, pre-licensed or licensed therapist that is passionate about holistic and integrative mental health and wellness, couples work, and love the idea of incorporating non-traditional, complementary practices into the therapy room. You want to be part of a practice that thinks outside of the box, is open to new ideas, and goes beyond the traditional 1:1 model of psychotherapy. And you love the idea of being part of a team that is collaborative, innovative and truly enjoys working together.

 

You prefer to also be part of a team with an already established brand, website, furnished office, virtual office, EHR system, admin support and marketing support. You are ready to find a welcoming space that is calm, peaceful and feels like your therapeutic home where you can explore 1:1 and project based opportunities with your work and be around like-minded folks that are passionate about holistic mental health.

We are a holistic, boutique, self-pay counseling practice specializing in mind-body-spirit approaches to mental health. We see individuals and couples. We are located in downtown St. Pete in the Grand Central District and offer services in-person and virtually to all Florida residents.

We invite holistic clinicians who are excited about their work and are eager to be part of a caring, collaborative, and creative private practice to join in and contribute to our vision.

 

We prefer therapists who...

  • Have training in or are interested in training in couple counseling AND

  • Are currently studying or have specialized training in some form of holistic modality (yoga, meditation, sound healing, energy work, nutrition, art therapy, etc.)

  • Engaged in their own self-healing journey

  • Work well with others but also self-motivated and can also work autonomously

  • Are open-minded and curious about the experience of others

  • Fully licensed, telehealth counselor (accepting applications)

  • Fully licensed In-person counselor (not accepting applications)

  • Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (not accepting applications)

  • Masters Level Counseling Practicum and Internship (accepting applications for Summer and Fall 2024)

  • Project based work (blog, courses, webinars, etc.) (accepting applications)

BYBS works specifically with non-emergency issues and motivated folks who are ready to change, but just need a bit of help in the process of building the life and relationships that they want. We are all about inspiring our healing communities to deepen their relationship to self, heal from old wounds, and reach their potential in new ways.
